Prince Fabrications operates under a certified Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and AS/NZS ISO 3834 Part 2 – Quality Requirements for Fusion Welding of Metallic Materials. Our QMS is meticulously developed to uphold the highest standards of quality across all projects.

Our team comprises highly skilled and experienced professionals who deliver exceptional results across a wide range of fabrication works. We maintain a comprehensive library of welding procedures covering multiple standards, including AS/NZS 1554, AS/NZS 3992, and ASME IX.
We take pride in employing certified welders, supervisors, and inspectors qualified to various international codes, including ISO-AS/NZS 3834.

With these robust systems and qualifications in place, we are well-equipped to support our clients across diverse welding processes such as MMAW, GMAW, GMAW-P, FCAW, FCAW-P, and GTAW.

From Welding and Plate Rolling to CNC Machining, Laser Cutting, and Surface Finishing, our fully equipped fabrication shop and skilled team deliver high-quality results with dependable turnaround times.

Workshop capacity, plant & equipment

Factory – 75m long x 28m wide, providing us a large open-plan 2,100m² workshop accessed by 3 x large 6.5mtr wide Roller Doors opening out into a 1,050m² hardstand yard
2 x 6.3T Overhead Cranes with a 6mtrs under-hook height and a combined lift capacity of 12 tonnes; external cranage is used for larger projects as required
CNC Auto-feed Bandsaw with 510mm cutting capacity.
Brake Press – 160T x 3.2mtr bed with capacity to press up to 25mm plate
Punch and Shears – 100T Punch capacity for up to 20mm holes in 25mm plate
Lathe Equipment – Small Lathe with 1200mm bed length
Laser Cutter – Capacity of cut 1500mmx3000mm sheets up to 25mm thick
5-axis Tube Laser – Cut capacity up to 360mm Ø × 12m in length, with optional bevelling and weld prep capabilities.
Section Rollers – All Steel sections (SHS, RHS & CHS)
Tube and Pipe Benders
1 x Scissor Lift
Mechanical Aids – 2 x Forklifts, – 1 x 2T and 1 x 3.5T and 1 x 2T Portable A-Frame Gantry
